While the holidays often bring us cheer, they can also be stressful at times. Whatever this season has to bring, please remember that you’re not alone - our community is here for you! We’d like to share these community resources with you (click the links for more information):

G.A.P. Thanksgiving Event - Saturday, November 22nd
Visit this G.A.P. (Grad Assist Program) event for a free meal, Bingo, raffle and prizes!

Thanksgiving Blessing - Monday, November 24th for Anchorage
Families will be provided a frozen turkey and groceries for a complete Thanksgiving meal. Availability of items may vary.

G.A.P. Holiday Giving - Saturday, December 6th
Visit this G.A.P. (Grad Assist Program) giving event for free gift bags, clothes, winter gear, toys, and photos with Santa!

Salvation Army GIFT Program - Register by Monday, December 1st
If your family is needing assistance this holiday for Christmas gifts, please register. We want to support you in this unprecedented time. We provide gifts for children 0 -14 years old.

AK Child & Family C.A.R.E.S.
Families referred to CARES are typically experiencing some type of family stress and/or isolation. This short-term (3-6 months or as needed) program supports a family in developing the natural, professional, and community supports and resources that they need for improved stability and overall wellbeing within the family system.
